This is my journey.
My first Charity Fight.
I trained hard for 3months with my corner coach Blayde. This was one of the best nights of my life. Next year I am going to start competing! I cannot wait to get back into the right, I can wait for the steady state runs though, not my favourite but it has to be done.

The photo on the left is when I was at my heaviest point, 90kg (October 2010). No body told me that I looked heavy or big but I felt it. I started to eat right and cut out snacks, pasta, potatoes, rice and other carbohydrates. The photo on the right was when I was at 76kg (November 2011). Since then I have been stable and kept at a steady weight. My current weight is 75kg and I plan to get to 74kg (middleweight for boxing) and to cut fat (18%) and to maintain muscle mass.  My “diet” has became a lifestyle for me. I do not eat any processed foods or refinded sugar. I stick to a high protein, high fat and low carbohydrate diet.

"As we explore the aura and the chakras, it is important for us to view our journey not as revolutionary, but rather as very traditional. Chakras, as well as auras and electromagnetic fields, are as old as the earth itself. The chakra system, in fact, is a part of the ancient and lost mysteries. And, in the end, the chakra system in our bodies is how we find our way back to the most ancient mystery of all – the Oneness, the Omniscient." Rosalyn L. Bruyere
